Hi. My name is Denise Chenier.
 
Whether you're visiting 4F Fitness out of curiosity, to find your way to a healthier lifestyle, or to get active and improve your fitness and well being... I believe that 4F Fitness can help you achieve your goals.
 
Being fit will not only improve your energy level and confidence, but also give you the vitality you need to make your life that much better and brighter still. Whether you're unsure where to begin, are looking to improve your current level of fitness, or want to change up your routine to make your training more interesting and challenging, I would love to meet with you.
 
To me, the cornerstones of Fitness are... Focus, Form, Function, and Flexibility. That is how 4F Fitness came to be. I enjoy working with my clients on a one on one basis, building customized training plans based my "4F" approach.
 
Fitness means something different to each individual. When we train together the key to success is to first find out what drives you and how we can get you onto the right path to reach your destination. Then we get to the fun stuff. I'll customize a personal training plan that's "Fit 4 You"... your fitness goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Once you're there, you'll feel so good you'll want to explore what else you can do to experience the good things that a healthy lifestyle can offer you.
